How Does Allergy Toothpaste Work?

Hey Champs!
The top three questions I get are: How does brushing your teeth get rid of allergies? How did you come up with this? And, does it work?
Here’s the answer: it’s all about how our bodies naturally interact with allergens. Since 2017, we've operated allergy clinics nationwide. We were seeking an alternative to allergy shots, and we explored sublingual allergy drops, which are the standard in Europe.
The puzzle we found was? Allergy proteins are large molecules, which are too big to be absorbed under the tongue. So how do drops work if they aren’t absorbing into the blood stream. We discovered the key: Langerhans cells. These immune cells in our mouths grab the allergy proteins in saliva, pulling them into the lymph system. There, the body learns these proteins aren't threats and stops overreacting.
Our challenge was delivering these proteins to the Langerhans cells in cheeks and gums. After a couple trys, we tried toothpaste. It safely delivers large amounts of proteins to these cells, integrating into your daily routine.
Allergy toothpaste is an elegant solution. Daily habit, safer than shots since it never enters the blood stream, no refrigeration needed, and our all-natural ingredients mean you don’t need a prescription to get it.
Finally, the research.
Allergy toothpaste is a type of Oral Mucosal Immunotherapy or OMIT which is a branch of Sublingual Immunotherapy or SLIT and its backed by 100 years of research, including recent studies comparing allergy toothpaste to drops and shots, patient preferences, safety and even its effectiveness against peanut allergies.
So yes, it works and it’s backed by solid published research.
So Champs, you can’t do everything, but you can do this.
